I am ready to support a campus as a leader and administrator using my M. Ed. training and my seventeen years of experience as a certified teacher. My professional experience has provided me with a variety of useful skills related to education. I have hands-on understanding of writing aligned lessons and Learning Objectives. Planning and implementing instruction that meet all curriculum guidelines is a personal strength. My acquired expertise has also made me proficient in coordinating cross-curricular instruction with other teachers. I am versed in Google suite, MS Office Suite, ClassDojo, Kahoot, and all DISD systems. I have the enthusiasm and the organizational expertise to maintain proficiency in classroom management. I value both equality and equity in the teaching and learning environment. Every student receives fair, appropriate instruction in a structured but positive environment. My excellent verbal and written skills support myself and my campus in achieving goals.
